i have a girlfriend and she is going away for 2 months should i tough it out or brake up with her???

she is gonna be gone for 2 months and we have only been going out for a week sure she meens the world to me but one second away from her is terrible enough i dont know if i could last a hole 2 months.

I'd say tough it out. If she means the world to you, 2 months should mean nothing. It doesn't seem like she means the world to you, if you are thinking of breaking up with her because of that.

EDIT: Since you say you've only been with her a week, then that's understandable cuz you two probably aren't that serious yet. But still... if you really like her, it should be worth it.

I guess if you're a kid two months might seem like a lifetime, after all that will just about gobble up all of the summer break you've got coming to you. On the other hand it would be ridiculous for a mature person to break up over something so frivolous because two months is barely a drop in the bucket of the moments of your life. The real question you need to ask yourself: How important is she to you (or how do your feelings for her stack up against your urge for excitement right now?) Whatever you choose, you're going to learn something about yourself in the process. Good luck.

2 months is nothing....it will go by so fast, u'll forget that she's gone. especially if u stay in good contact. Think about how she would feel as it relates to a breakup. She'd be devastated, and she'd prolly say, "its only 2 months!" lol dont lose her because of a short time lapse between u two. U love/like her, right? so just tough it out. yeah, u'll miss her, but think about how glad and happy u'll be to see her when u see her again.

i haven't seen my girl in a month, it will be 2 months , we don't live by each other , and we met at band camp, the first week of june. the next band camp starts in august and i won't even be there for the first week, i'm goin on a cruise, mixed emotions but i wil get over them.
but to get back to the subject don't worry
when she gets back, start to live life to the fullest!!

If you care for her, tough it out. I don't see a problem with only two months away from each other. When she comes home, surprise her with a candlelit dinner or a candlelit bubble bath (or both). I bet if you do that, you will find out she missed you too!

First off "brake" is incorrect....I think you mean "break". In any case, if you are not that serious about her, then you should break it off so that way she can see other guys and you can see other girls.

BUT - if you ARE serious about her, tough it out and hope that she does the same.
