If someone says that they seeing someone but it's not serious. How would you take it. Someone just told me this and then asked me if I ever heard of friends with benefits. And if this person slept with someone isn't that cheating.

Seeing someone but not serious means:

I am dating someone to occupy my time but if something better comes along I will go with that.

Friends with benefits:

Sex buddies on occasion but remember I am seeing someone (but its not that serious)

If the person slept with someone then YES that would be cheating. He/she doesn't see it that way though. They are just checking out the merchandise to see if its worth purchasing.

I don't know if having a friend you are sleeping with is wrong or not, but it's not something I will ever try. I don't think that then going on to sleep with someone else is cheating. Friends with benefits means by definition, no commitment to be faithful. He's a player. If what you want is a player, go on in. If you want more, stay away. people tend to judge us by the friends we keep.

If somebody is seeing somebody serious or not point takin they are seeing somebody period, so if that person is sleeping with people they are cheating on that person, i wouldnt get involved if i were you, "friends with benefits" i hate that sentence..Why would you wanna be just a **** buddy? Find yourself somebody who you can make love to but not only that but somebody that you can love period, people like that arent worth it, they just want sex, how pathetic.

Well, if you are dating casually then technically ....seeing more than one person is not considered to be cheating. If you have not committed yourself to one person and you have explained to everyone you are dating..that you don't want anything serious..I personally don't have a problem with that.

In todays standards, "friends with benefits" is nothing more than casual sex with someone you know but are not dating exclusively. Never did see the reason for it....

well that person may mean alot but friends with benifits is like using. one of them must not want to date because they just want satisfaction. so to tell you truth I would leave them alone. you wouldn't want someone whos close to that or has friends like that. Thats not worth handling, forgive love and be you.

its not cheating if she isn't committed. she can be seeing someone but not be in a relationship with them. so it not cheating and she just wont's you for pleasurable reasons.
