Ok, I just finished posting one question about how my ex-wife handles our kids' bedtimes at her place but let me try another one now. My ex and I are tired together for life because we have 2 kids, ages 6 and 10. She holds a lot of resentment towards me because of how our lives have turned out. I think she is genuinely unhappy with herself and her own life so she takes it out on me whenever she has a chance. Our 50-50 custody has always been around her work and school schedule and I have done many things to try to help her when she asks. However, the fact remains that if I bring up an issue of how she is doing something it becomes a fight. She seems to be more of the emotional one and I deal with more of the facts. Example, she said she does more driving when it comes to getting the kids to me. I mapped how much driving we do and it turned out that I was actually putting in about 50 miles more per week than she. So, how do we mediate these problems without an attorney?

It's a guy singing about a girl, Galila, and how he can't wait to be with her. I remember another lyric about her, Galila, graduating in two years and then they can be together......Please help. I've tried searching since yesterday.

SANTIAGO, Chile (AP) -- A five-acre glacial lake in Chile's southern Andes has disappeared -- and scientists want to know why.

Park rangers at Bernardo O'Higgins National Park said they found a 100-feet-deep crater in late May were the lake had been in March. Several large pieces of ice that used to float atop the water also were spotted.

"The lake had simply disappeared," Juan Jose Romero, head of Chile's National Forest Service in the southernmost region of Magallanes, said Wednesday. "No one knows what happened."

A group of geologists and other experts will be sent to the area 1,250 miles southeast of Santiago in the next few days to investigate, Romero said.

One theory is the water disappeared through cracks in the lake bottom into underground fissures. But experts do not know why the cracks would have appeared because there have been no earthquakes reported

My fiance's mother remarried to a guy that lives in a big nice borderline-mansion in West Virginia which is only about 20 minutes away from where we are getting married. I would like to have a casual rehearsal dinner at their house. I am wondering, who all is supposed to be there? The people participating in my wedding are: bride, groom, best man, maid of honor, 2 groomsmen, 2 bridesmaids, 2 ushers, 1 preacher, my dad to walk me down, our moms to light unity candles. OK, it's a beautiful day. We live in the city but have an oasis for a backyard. There is a major mill renovation down the street from us and now there is an overpopulation of rats in our neighborhood. In my opinion, one rat is an overpopulation but I digress...I called the city to put bait traps out however for today, I'd really like to take my daughter outside and cannot becuase this freaking rat is back there by my fence and will not leave. Does anyone know how to scare the tar out of a rat with household products? BTW yes, we keep our yard clean. the rats are unavoidable in the city, especially with major construction. we've done really well making our yard not rat friendly but our backyard neighbors have a dog and don't clean up it's poop. the city won't do a thing so i'm just looking for an immediate fix. my poor daughter is stuck inside on this beautiful day and that's not cool...
