adrenaline aka epinephrine is one hormone, endorphins refer to a multiple of neuro chemicals, see the definitions below.

epinephrine /epi·neph·rine/ (-nef´rin) a catecholamine hormone secreted by the adrenal medulla and a central nervous system neurotransmitter released by some neurons. It is stored in chromaffin granules and is released in response to hypoglycemia, stress, and other factors. It is a potent stimulator of the sympathetic nervous system (adrenergic receptors), and a powerful vasopressor, increasing blood pressure, stimulating the heart muscle, accelerating the heart rate, and increasing cardiac output. It is used as a topical vasoconstrictor, cardiac stimulant, systemic antiallergic, bronchodilator, and topical antiglaucoma agent; for the last two uses it is also administered as the bitartrate salt. Called also adrenaline

Endorphin

Endorphins are endogenous opioid biochemical compounds. They are polypeptides produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. In other words, they might work as "natural pain killers." Using drugs may increase the effects of the endorphins.

The term "endorphin" implies a pharmacological activity (analogous to the activity of the corticosteroid category of biochemicals) as opposed to a specific chemical formulation.

The term endorphin rush has been adopted in popular speech to refer to feelings of exhilaration brought on by pain, danger, or other forms of stress,[1] supposedly due to the influence of endorphins. However, this term does not occur in the medical literature

Adrenaline is the British term for epinephrine but widely used in the US. This is the hormone that is released by your adrenal glands which sit on top of your kidneys that causes you to be ready to fight, flee, or fear. It causes you to feel that way you would if you were driving and someone ran out in front of you while you slammed on the brakes. It causes vasoconstriction and increased heart rate, this increased blood pressure. Endorphins' are those delightful chemicals that are secreted when you run and get that "second breath". What it really is though, is your own bodies morphine. The endorphins sit (I think) on the 'mu' receptors in your brain which controls pain and pleasure. The more of this stuff on your receptors, the "better" you will feel. All opiate drugs sit on the same receptor.
