I'm currently 8 months pregnant and live in a different state than my boyfriends mom. His family wants to be involved in the baby's life, which is great, but how do I get past my negative feelings for them?

My boyfriend and I were together for over a year, during that time I never met his family or friends. Only when I became pregnant, did his mom want anything to do with me. A meeting dinner was quickly arranged and we met for the first time. That was the only time I've ever seen her face to face. She recently wrote me a letter inviting me to come out for a few days (she lives in a different state) so I can meet a couple other family members. There are various reasons for not wanting to go (like being 8 months pg) but mostly because I still feel angered/upset that I was never included or wanted in their lives UNTIL I got pregnant. I was never invited to family functions or even my bf's birthday party. He says I should blame him (which I do to an extent) but I also blame them

Whenever i see a large group of people protesting anything, i find myself hoping that the police arrest them all. Important issues like Darfur are being ignored because these people think their opinion justifies violence.

Some will say "don't put money before lives" but these people are putting their idologies before their own lives and you want us to support that?

How can you expect anyone to take you seriously when you storm a political meeting and demand that your ideas be taken seriously?

When you blame EVERYTHING on MacDonalds, Coke, or Israel it gets kind of old. When you analyze any of the controversies, you usually find that Big Business is the lesser of two evils.

For example, in the Columbian Coke union killings no one ever mentions that this is tied to the 40 year civil war that's been pitting marxists (unions) against the government. The war was started by the marxists.

Is it cheaper? Also, can independant garages do a good job on your BMW just as if you were at the dealer? what are the price differences? Is the results just as good as the dealer, or are you putting your car in jeopardy?

I own a home out of state and a car, but when I was layed off and got sick, my credit plummeted ( and have yet been able to even TRY to recover). I will be inheriting a 1977 harley sportster from my uncle who passed. I have never owned a harley as I have only owned sports bikes, and I am having trouble finding information on this bike. What are your thoughts about ceiling fans? Are they tacky? Do they make a home's decor look bad? Seems like those home decorating shows on tv always remove ceiling fans. Does that mean that ceiling fans are outdated and not trendy?
