Would it be easier for them to cross ilegally to Mexico and then come back ilegally ?
They might learn a lesson if they do that....
and they might understand better about the global phenomenom of Immigration and Emigration.

That's the main problem on immigration. Congressman have never been Immigrants. They are spoiled brat folks who think Immigrants are less valuable humans.!
And I think the only man is doing good in Congress is Ted Kennedy.
I expect a Comprehensive reforms after Democrats recover Democracy in America.

What the crap would THAT solve? Of course it would be easier for them to cross in and out illegally, but that doesnt make it right, and by definition, it isnt legal.
