im 13 and im 38a in girls all my friends are like 34a womens
so im just wonderin how can i get to atleast 32a womens cuz thats te only way i can get a push up bra

38 is the inches around your back (under the breast), not your chest size. Breasts are no bigger at 38A than any other A cup. 32A means you just lost weight around your back--not that your breasts got any bigger. Breasts can develop up until you're in your mid20s so there's no reason to worry about size. You can make what you have look bigger by butterfly exercises that work out the pectoral muscles. Some bras also have gel pads or light padding in them that enhances the breasts you do have.

Give it a few years, don't rush it! You'll fill out eventually! Have you tried the womens sizes yet? Being a 38A in girls should equate to a 38A in womens. Try them on or go to Victoria's Secret and get measured (don't be embarassed, it's their job!) They will be able to make suggestions as to what bra will be the most figure flattering on you.
But like I said don't rush it! A push-up bra is simply false advertising. Be yourself girl!!!

First off, you're 13. Don't mean to be mean here, but you're a kid. I know it's important to fit in, but you don't need a big chest and a push up bra to be acceptable. Secondly, be happy you have nothing. I was the same way when I was 13 (trust me, I wanted the same thing) and now that I'm in college I feel like I jinxed myself. When you do get bigger, you'll find out very quickly that nothing fits anymore in the chest area, especially if you have a big chest and a small waist. Be careful what you wish for.

Ok. First of all the letter in a bra size is the size of the boobs. So the further you go in the alphabet (a, b, c, d, dd, ee...) the bigger your breasts are. So if you're shooting for a larger size you don't want an a cup. Second the # is the size round you are. And if you want them to 'seem' bigger, stuff your bra. If you want them to actually be bigger you will have to wait for Mother Nature to take her course. Or call Dr. 90210 for a consultation for a boob job.

it's different 4 different people. i'm also 13 but i'm a 34 c.
so u should just w8 and be patient. u can't just say 'i want bigger boobs!' and they grow bigger. that's kinda weird...
ur only option now is to get plastic surgery on them or somethin. and ur only 13 so that's out of the question. just be happy with what u have. having big boobs isn't all that great anyways bcause sometimes they get in the way and sometimes there may be disgusting pervs that look down ur shirt and u end up wacking them with ur new purse. (yes, it happened to me.) oh and another thing. DON'T STUFF UR BRA BECAUSE IT'S FAKE, RETARDED, AND TACKY!!!!!
omg i can't tell u how many girls i see that stuff. it's really noticeable and just looks stupid. so please DON'T TRY IT!

Trust me wait a couple of years and they'll be bigger. When I was 13, I was a 36 in girls and now I'm 16 almost 17 and I'm a 36 b and sometimes a c. Be thankful for what you got, because it's probably proportioned with your body.

Sit and stand up straight, with your shoulders pulled back. That creates an allusion of bigger boobs.
You can get pads to put into your bra, not just a padded bra, they should sell them in stores like Bloomingdales or Nordstroms.

but I'm 13 too and I understand. But don't rush your life away.
Enjoy the way you are. and If anyone tells you that you're not big enough they're completely wrong. You are how God made you. You're just 13. I'm sure you will grow some more before you die.:)lol.

if your're a 38a and you want to be a 32a, that would mean you have to lose some weight, because a 38a is bigger around than a 32...you really cant do anything about it...boobs are fat...as im getting older, my boobs are actually getting smaller, because i'm losing weight...you really can't control it.

Wear outfits that are small on bottom, but big on top.
Wear like skinny jeans or something, but pay alot more attention to the top area. Maybe wear necklaces or something and clingy tops.
I think you're WAY too young though.. wait a few years!!
