Why does it have to be in China...? Or do you mean vs Chyna, the wrestler...? Cap doesn't get his strength from being in America, the way Uncle Sam (a Quality/DC character) gets his strength from being in America, or the way that Snowbird (of Marvel's Alpha Flight) used to get her power from being in Canada.
However, if they do fight in China, the country, they are almost sure to go up against the Tao-Yu brothers, who are the Collective Man. They are quintuplets who can meld into one and tap the combined power of the entire Chinese nation! Not even Spidey, Wolvie and Cap together could stand against that!
