I have dark blonde to light brown hair and I want to add some purple-y, cool-toned, fuschia streaks to it. I realllly realllllllly do NOT want to bleach it ahead of time, because I like the idea of the streaks fading after a period of time so I can switch things up as I go along. Being left with some blah-looking strips of bleach is not ideal, and my hair is definately light enough that the color will show.

However, I know dying virgin hair is difficult because the color won't be exactly as it was on the bottle. I need some help! Can anyone suggest what shade might work well with my color hair and a cool complexion (in other words, no oranges or warm pinks)???

A closed 55.0 gallon drum is a 91.0 -long, 59.0 -diameter cylinder with flat ends that is made with 17.0 of sheet metal. If the thickness of the ends is the same as that of the curved sides, what is the moment of inertia about an axis that runs down the center of the drum? The uniform thickness of the sheet metal will allow you to determine the mass of the ends and the mass of the cylinder. What fraction of the surface area of the drum is associated with its ends?

Why does everyone say a person id selfish for think of suicide? They tell me " think how it will affect others." but, if I'm supposed to worry about everyone else, then, who worries about me. If others are allow to say " I'm counting on you to...." who do I get to say that to. they don't say the others are selfish for wanting to rely on me. So why am I selfish to want some one to rely on when I need attention or help or someone to talk to.

Hi,

I am about to purchase a VTX cruiser that i found on craigslist. I have met the seller in person and test driven the motorcycle. After deciding to purchase his, it turns out he is still paying off the finance company for it and therefore he does not have the authority to sell it.

his proposed method (which he supposedly discussed w/ the finance company) is:

he faxes them a bill of sale

I use western union quick collect to pay the finance company

they fax me a copy of the title and put the original in overnight mail to my home

the seller delivers the motorcycle to me

I am about to spend a LOT of money, so I was wondering if I should be worried about this. Is this commonly done? Is it safe? What can i do to protect myself?

Is there a better way? Thanks for any help!

My dog is near 12 yrs old, hard of hearing, poor eyesight, terrible arthritis, terrible skin allergies - but we love her and will miss her terribly. She takes pain medication and anti inflamatory and still appears uncomfortable.

Well, it's a long story how it happened, but my checkbook got really soaking wet. It's out on the kitchen table now trying to get dry. Do I have to throw away those checks, or will they still be useable? They are duplicate checks; will the copy page still work right?

To reveal biblical news worthy events that are happening in the world, giving us insight how prophecy from scripture is being foretold, in our daily exsistence?..It's funny but I read comments from a few posters that do not want to know one issue that is being broadcast from a news organization here with a question about it? Why is that? because then they can say well Ah, Ah Ah, can't answer because you found that on a news site and posted. Do people know how many news articles are on the net, worthy of knowing and discusssing because you will not hear of it on Main Stream News....

If Jesus was on his way CNN will never tell you, because you will only know from a Google Search! OKAY- (Just kidding) well you know what I mean...

Does anyone know where the Blue Room is in London? Apparently it's a cafe. It's supposed to be in or near the British Library. I've done a Google Search and looked on Google Maps, but I can't seem to find a website or directions for the place.

I've had moderate allergies for years -- just sneezing and an itchy/runny nose (no congestion or more serious symptoms). I take Benadryl at night because it helps the symptoms and helps me sleep, but I'm looking for something effective that I can take during the day.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and was thinking of requesting a prescription, but I wanted to see what has worked well (and with the fewest side effects) for others. I was thinking about trying Astelin because it's advertised as being good for environmental irritants (and I know I'm allergic to some perfumes) but I've also heard it can have some pretty serious side effects.

Suggestions from personal experience please. Thanks!

CHEATING: My boyfriend and I have different fews on this...see he thinks that cheating only pertains to married couples. He doesn't believe that if he flirts and is "extra" friendly to other girls while having a girlfriend is not to be considered cheating. I think he is WRONG. I feel that if you have a significant other, love and respect them , it shouldn't matter whether you are married or not. CHEATING IS CHEATING!! I told him that he is only trying to convince himself of that because if he did cheat, he wouldn't feel so guilty, therefor convincing himself that he did nothing wrong to clear his conscience.
Am I wrong?

Okay, On October 20th, 1805, England's Royal Navy defeated the French fleet in the Battle of Trafalgar. Just prior to opening fire on the french ships, the British admiral, Lord Nelson sent a message to his fleet by displaying over 20 signal flags from the rigging of his flagship. What was the message?
