Common protein rich foods can include:
Milk
Soy Milk
Eggs
Cheese
Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Lean Meats, Fish, and Poultry
Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes
Grains, including bread and pasta
Nuts and Seeds
It can also be easy to find high protein foods by reading food labels and looking for foods with a higher protein number than other foods, such as from 6 to 10g or more.

If you are looking to gain muscle mass, i would recommend taking protein powders, if you are not interested in supplements, then eating 4-6 meals a day is recommended. I have always suggested chicken or turkey breast. Tuna is also a good choice but you kind of have to develop a taste for it. I would still recommend supplements though, but if you are uncertain of it, try ISO PURE. This is just pure protein and is highly rated among current body builders, its low on carbs and cals so you don't have to worry of gaining too much weight. If you are interested in adding some pounds, try some whey proteins, they have more calories, but those calories will turn into fuels for your muscles when you work out. To get great results, try eating 6 meals a day, protein shakes before and after work out, and stay away from sugars and fats, but high on calories.

All meats are the in most cases the great supply of protein, however fowl and fish are great considering that they do not have plenty of saturated fat as pork and red meat do. Tofu is well. All cheeses are top in protein, however once more, the saturated fat, as a way to end up an hindrance while you're older and would ought to manage clogged arteries. Eggs are well, peculiarly the omega three eggs.

I would say soy products or turkey, or chiken. Turkey and chick have a lot of protien. you should grill the fat out of them so they are leaner. Also soy comes froma bean and has lots of protien.
