My mom chopped of her shoulder length beautiful hair as I feared into a bowl cut. Her back and sides have been clipper shaved all the way to her crown, Her bang are quarter thro' her forehead. To sum it up her head looks lke a fountain.IT's ALL BECAUSE OF HER STUPID JEALOUS ******* FRIEND(refer to my prvious entry yesterday). To add insult to injury my friends think she's cool, she herself likes it and her friend doesn't stop flattering my mom on how young she looks.Am I thhe only one dissatisfied with it or is everybody playing along with my mom. She even streaked her mophead with colours. She looks like a 16 year old teenage girl when she's supposed to the mom of a 17 yr old. I am sick of it. Anyway thanks for all ur suggestion guys but I couldn't stop this **** from happening. I threatened her of cutting my hair akwardly if she goes thro' with it and do u know the reply i got "It's ur hair do what u want with it but u don't interfere with my hair as I don't with urs". I feel sad.

i'm hosting a pretty cool girl tonight for dinner, but she has severe eating limitations. can anyone suggest a good recipe? here is the challenge:

Why has it suddenly become the "rage" to try & cause conflict, doubt, & confusion where there truely isn't any? Why has the U.S. govt. turned it's back on the clear constitution statements of keeping "church & state" separate? Why is the govt defying the constitutional articles & funding religious groups? Why the conflict about evolution now? There is no facts to prove "Intelligent Design" - ask a pregnant woman or an athlete - there is nothing intelligent about the human body's design. It's fragile, painful, illogical & there are still pieces inside that don't even seem to have any purpose. You can even take them out! If there was any intelligence to the design it would be less of a mess. But it isn't. Why are some races or people from certain geographic areas different than others? It's called biodiversity, adaption to the environment. Today we have evolved mentally to survive better in almost any environment. But we seem to have some throw-backs to the "dark ages" in thinking!!

It would save a lot of trouble. Every time time you ask a question they all go "that's not what all atheists think" or "you are generalizing" - they should talk - anyway,it's kind of tough to scope out the atheist viewpoint when they don't even have their act together enough to have some kind of national organization or spokesperson.

Well, I posted this in the Mythology section before and someone suggested I should post it here too. So there you go...
I was a skeptic of psychics before until my mom told me this story.

When my mom was little she lived in Vietnam with her great aunt. They were walking along the market streets and this old man came up to them. He told my great aunt that if her first born was a girl, her husband would die a sudden tragic death. If she had a son it would ok. She didn't believe him at the time. Thought he was just this crazy homeless guy. Then about a year or so went by. She gave birth to a girl and her husband dies of pnemonia months later. It was really sad. Then the family remembered what that beggar man said.

I was like "wow!"
My family still talks about to this day. A true story about a true psychic. Someone that wouldn't charge money or anything to give out information.
