hard to say with no reference point as to where you are now in your training. the diet ultimately determines the size of the muscles, resistance training only stimulates them and the CNS.
also large is very subjective, what's large to one isn't to another. but depending on your height something like 5'2-5'5 @ 130-150 lbs with around 14% body fat would be large for a woman that is serious about muscle and resistance training. several years of hardcore dieting and religious training at the minimum. women produce about 1/10 the amount of test that men do so very few women can really get big naturally with out supplementing with anabolics

Women lack testosterone, therefore it's impossible to get large muscles, without the use of steroids. You can tone your muscles, though, which is more attractive for a woman, anyways.

In comparison to men, women's muscles do not get large and bulky. We are built to have long, lean muscles. Of course, there are the body building women who work out as a career, but women are generally not made to look like that.

Noone can say for sure.
It depends on your genetics, are you a mesomorph/ectomorph?
Training: how intensive and how many times a week etc.
Diet: Eating healthy on a consistent basis?
