My cousin is leaving the National Guards. He is not retiring, just not reenlisting. He has served ten years and now has a new family. We would like to give him a party, but I'm not sure what type or them. Help!

That people can no longer discuss things in a kind way? I am really disgusted about how people can no longer present their side of an argument without using an ad homamen (mispelled) mistke. Seriously, are there no good debators anymore?

Your boss just walked by and gave you the hairy eyeball. Thinking that he might suspect that you're on P&S, you are immediately:

1) Intimidated into actually doing your job..... for a change.

2) Defiently resolved to answer just one more question.

3) Typing as fast as you can before you really do get caught.

4) Comatose and it's all a blur.

5) The boss's kid and he can go hang!!!

Given this story, is there any reason, logically speaking, for someone who supports alternative marriage rights such as gay marriage to oppose a group like this in their quest to legalize polygamy?

Would that also lead to polygamous gay marriages, with whole cadres of fellas legally going at each other in a giant orgy of manhood?

Whoowee. I'm kind of disgusting myself just typing this question.

Someone help me.This sensitivity is taking over me.At first I ignore other people's comments, for eg,a guy just giggled at a FUNNY thing I had said.I dont mind his giggling but later lets say, when I'm alone, after 4 or 5 hours, these thoughts will start coming up in my head and imagination of " Why was he giggling?" " he must be thinking of me stupid " ------------------------------------etc-------and then I keep thinking----How will I ever manage to walk this world alone when everyone and I mean EVERYONE will just laugh at me.Seriously,I get this only 10% but I dont know,I just feel these things and become negative about them and cant block negative thoughts out of my head,IM JUST TOO SENSITIVE.I wish I could never FEEL anything!!Atleast I would get rid of this problem!!(sensitivity).

I noticed a recent questioner asking for opinions about "Melena" for a girl. Most of those who answered thought it was a pretty name. But this is one of those times when an unusual name is actually a real word, and unfortunately the meaning is far from pretty.

I don't wish to offend anyone, but there's really no polite way to phrase this. In medical terminology, the word "melena" essentially means dark stools due to the presence of blood. All medical personnel are familiar with this -- it's very commonly used and not at all obscure. It would definitely raise some eyebrows in the doctor's office or emergency room, that's for sure, if a child with that name came in for treatment. And that's probably the least of the problems she'd have with the name.

The question was already in voting so I did not have the opportunity to point this out directly. I'm hoping that person, plus any others who are considering the name, see this before burdening a sweet little girl with it.

i said i was going to name my son sebashton

all most everyone on this website bugged out! Some of the comments were that is it uneducated and that I'm trying to make up a trendy new spelling!

hahaha jeez i'm sorry!

I found this name in a Baby name book from 1982 that my mother gave me!

I also like the name in the first place because it is a combination of two of my friends that died in A car accident in high scool. Their names were Seb and Ashton. I thought it was cute that the name had both their names in it!

Is it really that weird of a name/spelling!? Everyone is saying that he will get made fun of...? I knew a boy named Sebastien and he didn't get made fun of will it really be that big of a difference. Plus, kids don't get made fun of for their names they get made fun of for being annoying, fat, ugly etc. NOT because of their names if a kids name is.

Anyway i want to know more opinions on the name Sebashton!
Is it honestly THAT bad with the spelling and everything??

Ok so I asked the question if the fact my 2 week, one day old Tattoo itching was a normal process and the answer I received across the board was Yes that is a normal healing process. One thing I did get conflicting answers on was if I should be still putting lotion on the tattoo. So should I still be using lotion?
