Hello, are you asking why your energy levels are very low. There can be many reasons for this. Lack of good sleep, a poor diet, not enough exercise, some bad news like the death of someone close or even a beloved pet. Try to get on a regular routine as far as your sleep patterns, Cut out the sugar and the diet coke and start eating a more healthy diet like whole grain foods and veggies and most important start a regular exercise program. Nothing too strenuous. Even walking a couple of times a week for a half hour or more can do wonders.
Finally find a good friend, whom you can talk to and share your concerns with. Good luck and may the Goddess bless.
