My mom's doctor and I are good friends, she is coming in the middle of September to spend the weekend for the Shrimp and Petroliuem Festival. We celebrate this every year in Morgan City Louisiana; we have the blessings of the fleet with the king and queen. there are live bands in the park, food booths, arts and crafts, a gospel tent, and a fair. We have a really good time during this ocaisson, I don't know what to fix for her while she is here. I really want to impress her, she is waiting on me to get my nursing liscence so I can work for her. I want her to have a good time; they will have alot of shrimp, and I know she will be eating at the fair, but I want to have lots of food at home. At the fair they have really good hurricanes, and I want to do some at home too.

How fragile are regular solar panels? I'm wondering how well they withstand extreme weather, such as high winds and sandstorms.

Early marriage is still the norm in many parts of the world. Early marriage usually leads to early motherhood. In many developing countries, at least 20 per cent of women—in some countries about half of all women—give birth to their first child before age 18. Expectations from parents, in-laws and society are to produce a child as soon after marriage as possible. Many young wives feel pressure to bear sons. This typically results in pregnancies being spaced too closely together, in addition to occurring too soon in the young mother’s life.

i mean im glad that martin luther did the whole protestant reformation and all, cuz i do hav some problems with catholocism (im not bashing it its just my opinion), but all the denominations hav sorta turned into different "little religions" of christianity and some of these denominations actually FIGHT over whos all right

I am not a believer in external agents giving value. I believe we have no intrinsic value or given value by way of a deity's sacrifice. I belive that somewhere in the crevices or folds of human history, man has asked this many times, yet the answer remains unclear.

Am I not on the right track when I say individual value is created by the individual? There is no safety in this thought and may imperil certain universal notions of human rights, but how can life be so base/simple and uniform that meaning should be one and the same for all? Why has the individually forged path become so precarious?

I just asked this same question in psychology. I want to ask the people in here as well, as I see a lot of the avatars I'm talking about.

This question is for people that use an avatar with a frowning face or a mean looking face.

Just curious, why would you what to be represented like that?

Wouldn't you want to have a smile or at least a neutral look on your face.

Do you like being portrayed as an angry or miserable person?
If so, why?

Is Shaun Livingston's injury the worst you've seen in the nba? It was so bad that he hasn't watched tv since the incident for fear of traumatizing himself. The clips showed his legs atrophied so much it looked like a skeleton.
