Spurs have been known as the model franchise in the league when it all started with David Robinson who is one of the most respected guys to ever play the game and from there Tim Duncan who is a team player and puts others before himself and from there they have become the model team of sportsmanship. When one player or a couple players are known as great sportsman it resonates to the rest of the team and throughout the franchise and soon that reputation spreads throughout the league. It is no wonder why David Robinson and Tim Duncan are 2 of only 5 NBA players to ever recieve the Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year Award.

Spurs hands down. none of the players get into any problems with the law or drug troubles. they are a very family oriented team who give a lot to the community. Go Spurs Go!!

clippers or bulls... both have outstanding positive role models who have won sportsmanship awards (Brand and Deng) and do not really have anyone that steps out of line. I wouldnt say Spurs because so many people have quoted their players as being "dirty"
