I suspect you can hook into the satellite radio adapter if equip. Then a I pod interface have your entire CD collection in your car at all times and control from the radio face or steering wheel controls. To tell if your Nissan has this capability push the Am FM selector and see if SAT comes up in the display. Most people these days purchase a better radio with Navagation and even TV screen XM or Sirius radios with MP-3 Hook Ups.
