Is it allowed for your boss to change your time sheet when you are not there and then to give you a ring at home to tll you "just incase"you were wondering why when pay day comes. Even though i am a permenant employee and get paid a set amount each week regardless weather i work less or more than my set amount of hours???

A joke on India's performance this World Cup...

Angry fans sent Dravid a saree, lip-stick and bangles as a gift, they even surrounded his house...

So Dravid decides to get out from the back door, dressed as a pretty woman..after he takes a few steps, 2 women stop him and yell "Rahul-Rahul"..surprised, he asks these ladies.."How the hell did you know that I am Rahul?"

To this, the 2 pretty ladies reply.." Coz we are Sachin and Sehwag"...

My husband is what I think addicted to porn and he promised me three years ago he would stop. Now he's telling me it's a bad habbit and to give him three weeks to stop. It's been a few days and he's still doing it. He is very aware that I know this and now tells me if I wasn't such a nag he would't get on porn. But this is his MO for everything. If I didn't do this he would do that...or whatever. Basically he uses me or others as an excuse for his actions. I think he needs help, but he doesn't see that he has any problems. He'll once in a while admit to them, but then continues doing them....like he admits to them because he got caught but really doesn't want to stop. Anyway, he knows how I feel about this and his lies, but he continues. What should I do. How do I get him to realize just what he is doing and get him to stop. Should I get his family invovled...he won't listen to me.

The hubby & I are planning a trip & were wondering what do we HAVE to see in Vegas and what do we HAVE to pass on, no matter how tempting. This will be a first trip to Vegas for both of us. If there's an obscure song that I think would sound great as a MIDI file, is there an individual or group to whom I could submit it in hopes someone would listen to it and try to create a midi version?

I once tried to use a conversion program to convert a WAV recording of the song to a midi, but I didn't like the results. Part of the problem is that I don't know enough about the vocabulary of music to customize the results with the tools that were available.

Any feedback is welcome even if some would consider it annoyingly obvious.
