I do not talk poltics much but ever since Bush came in
and said he is a Christian, it seems to be that way.
All I hear is Bush is suppose to be a Christian and
he started a war and he said that about gays. People
lump all of us the same.
I have a gay cousin who I love dearly and as for the war,
well, I want Peace.

It's related to weight of the atmosphere per specific volume, and air pushes down on us, so i guess it does.

It's a little get together for a girl at work that is going to florida next week to get married. Her grandmother works with us to and she is having the picnic. It is at the park right down the street from our house so we are walking. Grandma said she is bringing all the food, and not to worry about gifts because they will have a real shower for her when she gets back. But I really don't want to show up empty handed! My mother and other people tell me i'm fat but i've lost 20 pounds in the last 2 months from purging.I don't get it though, i'm completley happy with myself i think i'm beautiful.I've got extra pounds but god i'm 16 in a 42 C!What do i do?I used to have so much confidence and now i don't.My mother wants me to look like i've stepped out of Vouge magazine and she's always reminding me that she was 90 pounds at my age.

If I leave it to a dry cleaners to do all of my washing, will I be almost certain to get better resluts than a washing machine? How much will it cost for lets say 2 trousers and 5 shirts a week, and will they pick them up from my house and deliver them back for me aswell?

It seems to me that we're heading toward destruction. Modern democracies are corrupt and appear more like national socialism structures. Giving up democracy is not the answer, quite the opposite, it is the ideal structure but modern democracies are so corrupted by those in power. Was this the vision of our forefathers?

My pc came with 512MB (2-256). After adding a 512MB memory module, my computer said I had 1 gig ram, but ran slower and would freeze. I have 4 dimm slots and tried to rearrange them in every conceivable configuration with no change.
The specs for my computer say:
Memory 512 MB DDR (400 Mhz), dual channel expandable to 4 GB
Memory Technology Four DIMM sockets on the motherboard that support the following:

* 2.5 V (only) DDR SDRAM DIMMs with gold-plated contacts
* Unbuffered, single-sided or double-sided DIMMs with the following restriction:
Double-sided DIMMS with ×16 organization are not supported.
* 4 GB maximum total addressable system memory.
* Minimum total system memory: 128 MB
* Non-ECC DIMMs
* Serial Presence Detect
* DDR 400 MHz and DDR 333 MHz SDRAM DIMMs
* Support for dual channel memory mode

The new memory is PC3200 DDR-400/333/266.

Any ideas on what I did wrong?

Do you always buy the same brand? Why (if so)?
What would you like to see in a mobile phone that isn't available already?
What phone did you once own and would give anything to have back?

Personally I'd love a phone clam shaped with silver scrollwork in relief, black casing and hanging on a chain to look like a necklace. The buttons inside would glow red or purple and be silver too. A gothic inspired phone that includes a torchlight, MP3&4, 3G, 5Gb mem, a word processor, vocal recognition to do easy sms, video editing and PC synch.
I used to hate NOKIA. Now I never buy another brand! Other brands pale into insignificance in comparison!
