We don't love the lingerie, we love the beloved that wears it, and who is trying ,by it, to please us.
Do we love the Christmas gift, the wrapping or the sentiment and love behind it?
The wrapping accentuates the anticipation of the gift, but should never be confused for the gift itself.

I love to wear lingerie, but I always keep the blinds drawn. I am a lumberjack and I'm OK. Tactile sensation maybe as appealing as visual. Or for that matter, texttile sensation.

I don't really believe love is blind.....we just let it blind us. We ignore things that would normally annoy us in another person.
If we see things we are not happy about, we believe it isn't really that important an issue except when it becomes an issue, many many years later.
As to the lingerie, it feeds the eyes, the senses and touch.....and then it comes off.....but why? Keep it on and enjoy!.....smile

Funny!
The reason why love is blind is because when we meet someone with whom we want to have a long-term relationship, we often dismiss things about them that might detract from our original impression of who they were/are. It is human nature not to want to be wrong, so when this person does something that counters our impressions about them, we dismiss them or ignore them, because we don't want to lose this relationship. It doesn't not mean that we simply do not see it - our own subconscious mind registers it, but we consciously ignore it for psychological reasons.
Why is lingerie so popular? For a couple of reasons: One, because it is a known fact that women love to make themselves feel pretty, and they love clothing that is attractive and feminine (most women anyway). Men were created to be attracted to appearances, while women are more interested in the true character of a man. Since men look at the outer appearance of a woman, than he is more attracted to her when she is wearing something frilly, lacy, seductive and alluring. That is the basic psychological nature of women and men.

I think you're a little confused as to what love is, HAHA. (as is the rest of the population) Love is also never having to say you're sorry and absence makes the heart grow fonder. It is clear to me that sayings...inventorerers were idiots.
