I'm a college grad whose been working with his best friend for the past 5 years, working for his father's business. In the past year (since ive graduated) I've been promoted and making comparable salary to my friends - I'm in management and it feels good at my age (22). The problem is we recently expanded to two retail stores and things have been going really tough for the past 12 months...I'm working 6 days a week and getting paychecks skipped cause we can't make payroll. My marketing efforts are being implimented this month with some of the most creative ideas ive ever had in my life...But the question is how long do I wait on this to bloom before giving up and going to work for a big company...enjoying my weekends, and maybe not making as much but having more stability. I'm terrified of this going under...and also scared of it getting huge without me here. suggestions?

I miss seeing cool music video's and now it seems you either have to watch TRL or stay up way late. Oh no... instead I turn on MTV once in a while just to see Runs House, Hollyhood... dating mayhem shows... it has become a wastelant of TV. Sigh? Are there any "Music Video" channels that just play music video's?

It was just a thought, but I have an old chevy truck and wanted to know if it was possible to make a small lightweight hydropower generator located in the bed of the truck that would turn rushing water into electricty from curved blades built into each tire location to transport the water to the generator and back to the tire. The truck would run on gas until the generator supported enough power to be substained on its own. Is this possible?

I remember 2 years ago my boyfriend and I went out with his best friend and his girlfriend, my boyfriend and I rode in the front seat and they sat in the back. This crazy "(rhymes with witch)" said she had a headache and whipped out a stick of "head on" and he rubbed it on her forehead. I wanted to laugh so bad. A little while later, headache gone. I couldn't believe it!

Do you think that was some sick form of foreplay, or did she really have a headache and "Head on" really works? I think about how I had to hold in the laugh while in the car with those nuts everytime the "head on" commercial airs.

i was watching it and i charley certainly changed her attitude since the night before. what a f*****g b*****d huh. yes it wasn't right to say what she said but come on, she said it to try and socialise. I would say she is not a racist. did any one notice that Charley put the old sob act on. she called me this and i was so hurt when she said it BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH, i cant take any more of her please tell me your comments and please if she is up for nomination dont hesitate and pick up that phone a vote her f*****g out!!!!!

Instead of complaining about it, let's discuss why it happened and what we can do about it, if anything. I really began noticing it when Chrysler went under back in the 70's because of poor engineering, poor planning and of course unions that were breaking them. The K-Car came into being when our government helped them out financially. Remember that? Being a true American, I purchased one of those vehicles only to discover that my engine wasn't even made here in the U.S. Why is that? What are the opinions of others?

Her vet says its "just regurgitation" like its no big deal. Its a mess that I have cleaned in different places of the house nearly every day for the year we have had her.

She eats fine, and after a while she starts swallowing- as if it is coming up and she is trying to swallow it back down. Eventually her stomach starts pumping and she is barfing most of it up. It is just wet, digested dry food.

We have tried changing foods, softening the food with water, lifting the bowl up, giving her smaller portions, and kept her out of human food.

I thought it would eventually stop, but it hasn't, and she is still so thin. I want her to gain weight and be healthy, and I want to stop having to clean it up.

My mother suggested that it could be a gluten allergy (a protien in flour)- any ideas on how I could check for that (other than buying gluten-free food and trying it)?

She is the only pet in the house, and the only cat I've ever had that does this.

well for all u hater he's the best everyone knows it but they don't want 2 say it. and for all you that think mj the best he isn't magic is but soon to be kobe cuz look at there stats kobe has better stats and if u guys think steven nash is better than kobe ur wrong to cuz he sucks the only reason why he is so good its cuz he has all stars players around him look at the line up n compare it to kobes line up yea n he still isn't able to get his team to the finals with a good line up so that mean he must suck (some mvp he is) as for kobe he makes it to the 1st round with no one really that good n in the western conference n for you that think james is better hes not he's good but he's not better its the same thing as steven nash he has alright player around him n he is in the eastern conference n if him n his team were in the west they wouldn't good as good as they do in the east so yea kobe is the best so stop HATING n he still has more years to come
