Just multiply each "human time" by 7. So a dog's day is equivalent to 24x7 = 168 of our hours. Recent studies have shown that the 7x idea is not completely incorrect. A dog matures to a teenage level during its first year (about 14 of our years), so the 7 idea only applies after that.

The ratio is 1:7 all the time, so the human day equals 7 dog days, and human hour equal 7 dog hours,
So the dog day has 24 dog hours

If 1 human year = 7 dog years
Then, 1 human day = 7 dog days.
This means that as of today, June 9th, tomorrow, the dog date will be June 17th....Doesn't make sense does it. ???
The whole concept of the dog's age to a human's age simply means that his biological clock is 7 times faster than a human's but 24 hrs to us is still 24 hrs to the dog.

One dog day is 3.42 human hours...Assuming one dog year is also made up of 365 'dog' days,
7 dog years = 365 human days,
Thus 1 dog year = 52.1 human days
365 dog days = 52.1 human days
Thus 1 dog day = 0.14 human days
1 human day = 24 hrs
Thus 0.14 human days = 3.42 human hrs
Thus 1 dog day = 3.42 human hrs......
