I used to pick Best Answers ater 6 hours, but someof my contacts said Iclosed them to quickly before they got a chance to answer. Sonow I wait at least 16 hours usually.

Well, it looks like your fans are going in and answering, because I couldn't find any with only one answer either. I did try to pick up on a couple I'd missed, so hope we all helped you out. It's got to be frustrating when the response is low.

might be the time of day they were asked.... or that your questions stay unresolved for a while.... folks want their 10pt satisfaction pretty quickly around here..... or so it seems....
