My MIL called and said they were coming for a rare visit. They said they wanted to reconnect with our lives. She blames losing touch on taking care of her sick mother and helping with her husbands business, so she SAYS. But the real reason is she has been obsessed with her daughters toddler daughter. SHe has spent every weekend with them for two years. SO, imagine our surprise when she calls two days before their visit to let us know the daughter (husband's sister) and her baby can come too! My hubby and I are frustrated b/c we know we won't get to visit with them, only watch them hoven over the baby.

Well as annoying as it is to try to talk to them with that kid in the room, today they've told us we have to cut dinner short tonight so the baby can be home by 8 (not so she can sleep but so they can play with her). It's friday night and we're taking them to a nice restaurant. They only visit once a year so it would be nice if they just went along and let us show them our life.

We just brought this GE microwave last night at Wal Mart. We brought it home and plugged it up as soon as we plugged it up it came on by itself. So we try to push the off button but it will not turn off. Is there something we are suppose to do? Or would it be best to get another one? My husband says he thought some of them ran by theirselves when you first but them but I have never heard of that. Help please

the landlord's only been back from florida for 3wks. he lives down there from october thru may i only was told i had to leave on june first. i have to be out by july 1st or sooner. shouldn't i be allowed some time to fix the place up, which i was already in the process of. i just bought a hardwood floor to put down. i've started to rip up carpet, to put it down. i took down some wall paper with his permission and i still have to sand, prime and paint the walls. he put ceramic tiles on an unlevel floor and i have to replace the cracked ones. i had the roof fixed when it leaked but have water damage to the inside of the walls because of it that has to be fixed. how much of this am i really responsible for. he gave no indication when i asked if icould make these changes that he would be asking me to leave. and on top of it, i work two jobs and now i have to find another apartment.

I just got out of middle school and i have hair that barely touches my shoulder. Now i am going to highschool and i want to grow my hair out over the summer. What can i do?

My Hair seems to break off
I get my hair done every 2 weeks
I don't have a perm
My hair gets washed every 2 weeks
I wrap my hair at nite with a silk scarf on a silk pillow
I guess i comb and brush my hair a little too much
I wear my hair down in a side part almost everyday
I use Biosilk silktherepy hair oil, and JOJOBA oil.

What am i doing wrong that is making my hair break off and not get longer?

Please tell me what i can do. Thanks in advance!!

I had what seemed to be a typical cold, so I took some Tylenol for it and had a cup of soothing tea. I also had an Ibuprofen tablet for my period, but all these substances were taken at least 3 or 4 hours apart form each other. I went to bed and woke up this morning, and all of the sudden I felt this tingling pressure over my face, mostly at the bridge of my nose, and everything got really bright.

After that subsided after a minute and then I started breaking out into a heavy cold sweat and then my hands froze and got very tight. It felt like they were vibrating and tingling and it was hard for me to move my fingers. (felt kind of like my hands were swollen, though they didn't appear to be) I got really pale and laid down. After an hour or so I woke up and flt better.

What the hell happened to me? (I think I od'd on medication?)

its only a huge blank box with little shapes up in the left hand corner. like a little red square and yellow triange maybe a blue square. i dont know what the exact little shapes and colors are but that gets my point across- i hope. when i right click and show picture it doesnt do anything. any ideas? any help? thanks
