its only a huge blank box with little shapes up in the left hand corner. like a little red square and yellow triange maybe a blue square. i dont know what the exact little shapes and colors are but that gets my point across- i hope. when i right click and show picture it doesnt do anything. any ideas? any help? thanks

It would depend on the email product you are using as well as any image blocking software (such as a security product) but in general go to your email options and enable html content.

I wonder if it is the picture format. They should be gif or jpg or bmp. If it is of another type, you may need a special reader
