Just don't talk to him at all... And if he talks to you just don't say anything. And if he say hi say hi back. And if he says bye say bye back. I mean if you try to report him to the cops they might think you are joking becasue your only a kid. So i am really sorry if that does not help. Cuz one of my teachers is a pedo and i do the same as what i just told you to do. I wish you the best of luck to you, You could even try telling one of your parents.

Since you aren't sure, tread cautiously. You could ruin a person's life with false or malicious accusations.
Tell you parents what you think and ask them to contact the school and speak with the principal about their concerns.
