I'm fairly good at doing what I need to do. Beyond that, self-discipline is a personality defect.

More self discipline would help me to slow down and pay more attention to detail. Repeating tasks really irritates me so this simple accomplishment would reduce my stress level considerably. Without stress I would smile more.
A smile from me may make someones day a little happier.
If someone is happier they could possibly feel more confident about tomorrow and plan to take their children to the Zoo..
The children could perhaps share their experience with their classmates, write an essay and , and ,and... Why I could change the world!.
