Since how I've just blew $200 on a wireless router yet no one will help me set it up, I'm now trying to get some answers on how to set up my new laptop to have the internet wired.

I have AOL Broadband via a ADSL Modem (BT Voyager 100) connected to my desktop pc.

I bought a laptop today, and want to set it up to have the internet, how do I do it? I dont need another modem do I?

-Frustrated.

My 21 yr old bf of 6 months lives in the city neighboring mine in California. I'm 18. He's my first bf. His mother lives in Texas. His half sister was graduating from high school in late May so his mom flew him out to see her. He was supposed to come back on the 3rd of June. His mom got a serious eye infection that she had been getting for years 2 days before he was to leave. A few days ago I was talking to him Online and he told me he was thinking about staying there for good. He said once he got some money he could send me a ticket so I could live there with him too. I never said no. I just asked questions like "where would I stay, how would I get there ... etc" when he blew up on me out of nowhere. Now he won't talk to me. We NEVER once fought when we were together, it was great. I love him with all my heart. This whole thing was a huge misunderstanding. I know he loves me a lot. What should I say to him and when? He never cheated on me, this I know. What should I do? Please help!

I had to explain to one of my co-workers today why he offended others. Among other recent "jokes," he asked a Muslim woman "What the hell you got under that scarf?" and a gay man if he was going to be the bride or groom at his commitment ceremony. He accused me and my boss of wanting him to be "politically correct" and act "like a robot with no sense of humor." Of course this isn't what anyone wants! It's just that some "jokes" are insulting and don't help morale at an office.

I'm just wondering, why do people who make rude and prejudiced comments so often accuse others of "political correctness" and having no sense of humor? I hear it a lot, but I guess I don't understand it. How do you get through to people who think they have the right to make those kinds of comments and act as if you're just oversensitive and humor-deprived if you take offense?

November my fist outbreak was very mild, sore under my tongue and sore on penis(didnt hurt) Iv been going nuts. In march of my outbreak on penis & painful mouth sores was bad. penis did not hurt, but mouth did. test results came back HSV1....so my pondering questing that no one could answer, why any I getting painful mouth lesions like canker sores and not on my lip why are symptoms getting worse not better, like HSv2 patients claim. and my antiviral meds are not working this is my third outbreak and penis is really bad now.

My symptoms seems to be syphilis and not hsv2.. if i had a penis sore why didn't my results say hsv2???? My doc an idiot?

Im waiting results from my new doc hopefully this week.

Congress does not pay into social security but they have authority to juggle the funds and pay people that have't put any funds into it. Congress's retirement is paid for by the taxpayers out of lthe general fund which is a catch all fund that they keep well supplied. Maybe if they had to pay SS they would take better care of out retirement fund. Also they should cut out all the extra bennies they get and not collect their retirement until the same age the rest of us do. Members of congress are just like the rest of us they put their pants on one leg at a time. This job is no more important than the job you hold.

Great guy...don't get me wrong. I'm Mexican and most of our friends are Latin or White. He's constantly talking trash about his race. We do nothing to encourage this. How can I help him be more accepting and less judgemental about his own race? I'd hate to just cut him off. Thanx.
