Because interesting people want it too badly?
Or because the interesting people are already interesting and they can make their own humor because they're interesting enough to do it. Boring people have to have humor forced upon them by the freak forces of nature.

That's such a good observation - I am as boring as can be and funny things are always happening to me. Today it was windy and my hat blew off and flew above my head. I had a very heavy bag in my left hand so I went to catch it with my right hand and poured my iced latte over my head.
Everyone on the street laughed and someone said that was an "awesome scene" I'm constantly creating "awesome scenes" - always by mistake. I think it is the universe's way of trying to make us boring people a little more interesting for others. It's a very temporary solution though - I go back to being boring very soon after.

Huh. The boring people aren't so boring if funny things happen to them, yuh? But I agree that you do have a mild point there.

People when bore do things in turns those thing turn into stupid things and if you are there to see it it becomes very funny things.
