For instance a person plans to commit murder when the right circumstances arise. He dies before the circumstances were favorable to commit the murder, so did he or did he not sin?

After all he never committed the act physically though in his mind he was not only tempted but visualized killing the person and planned to do it if the circumstances are right.

Is this person by definition in God's eyes a murderer? Did he sin?

Sin requires belief in a divinity or religious code, so only believers can sin.

My girlfriend is extrememely emotional and cries all the time(whether it's about her day, or misinterpreting a joke as an insult, etc.). It can literally happen at any moment. She says that I should be happy that she feels comfortable enough to show her emotions in front of me.

Like the boy who cried wolf, she's done it so often, that what upsets me now is that I don't feel bad when she cries.

Should I accept this as "normal," or should I try to learn to be more accepting of her high emoional sensitivity?

my camera is kodak DX4530. I was reading on a few past and present socialist/"semi-socialist" nations/goverments and started thinking about the US. Would this nation be better off if wealth was evenly distributed? Or is it best to let the individual make it on his/her own? Is the "American Dream" really accesable to everyone?With that said, 4% of the population controls the country's wealth, the middle class will soon be non-existant, and the poor will continue to be pushed aside and exploited.

My mother always told my sister & I growing up that if we did not have a big wedding her & my dad would help my sister & I with a down payment on a house. My fiance & I are going to be married April '08, but we are buying our home in January b/c our apartment lease will be up. I recently asked my mother if her & my dad could give us the money before our wedding so we could have a better downpayment on our home. She said that would be fine at 1st and then 2 days later she told me it was not nice of me to ask for the money before our wedding. I said well if I was having a big wedding you would be helping me out now. I don't want to sound like a spoiled brat or anything. Everything would have been fine if she would have never told us that she would help us out with a down payment. She is helping my sister out now with her wedding. I don't know why she won't help me out with a home. I don't know what I should do please help me out.

Okay, I am bleeding, bleeding, and more I know I need to have this done to make sure there is no cancer, but I really hate going "under"...has anyone had this done, and how long did it take to feel better afterword?
