It's up to cultures.
If you live in the desert full moon is nice.
If you live in a cold winter country it makes you fell angry.

You mean the other way around, right?
As popular a topic as moon influences are, they don't exist. Except for maybe the effect on two lovers out for a stroll under a full moon. Some nurses, cops, school teachers, and all astrology fans will swear by these alleged correlations, but when they are examined empirically and rigorously, they all dissolve. The effect is not astronomical. It is psychological. It is an excellent example of self-confirming bias. When something happens, even if it's only close to the full moon, it is remembered as confirming evidence. If the same thing happens three other times during the month, not anywhere near the full moon, no notice is taken. If a full moon comes and passes without the thing happening, again, it is not noticed.
Infant deaths, crime rates, murders, births, and many other things have all been examined more closely and there is no effect. The studies which show an effect are the result of mining the data until a correlation is found for *something*. Sooner or later there will be one. Like there might be a high correlation between tanker oil spills and batting slumps for Reggie Jackson from May of 1976 to July of 1977. So what? The rest of the time there was none at all.
It's the old unconscious game of counting the hits and ignoring the misses. (Please don't think I said "Ignoring the missus," or you will be counting more hits than you want.)
By the way, the moon's gravitational (or tidal) influence on you is utterly negligible and completely jumbled up by the fact that the earth is rotating.

I think your question should be "What influence does a full moon have on people?"
Full Moons are traditionally associated with temporal insomnia, insanity (hence the terms lunacy and lunatic) and various magical phenomena such as lycanthropy. Psychologists, however, have found that there is no strong evidence for effects on human behaviour around the time of a full moon [1]. They find that studies are generally not consistent, with some showing a positive effect and others showing a negative effect. In one instance, the December 23, 2000 issue of the British Medical Journal published two studies on dog bite admission to hospitals in England and Australia. The study of the Bradford Royal Infirmary found that dog bites were twice as common during a full moon, whereas the study conducted by the public hospitals in Australia found that they were less likely. Psychologists point out that there is a difference between correlation and causation. The mere fact that two events happen at the same time doesn't mean that there is a cause and effect relationship between the two.

Assuming like most of the other respondents to your question that you meant to ask what effect the full moon has on people, the answer is this: nothing, unless you think it's going to.
I used to work in retail, and had a manager who was certain that the full moon did affect people's behavior. Every month she'd note people were behaving strange, more agressive, etc, and comment "Must be a full moon coming soon!" She was of course right, because she had a general idea when each full moon was coming, since she paid attention to these things. To her, however, when she checked the calendar and saw that there was a full moon coming Tuesday, this was confirmation that the moon affects people and their behavior. It's also true for her behavior. She acted in ways different and more aggressive than her normal behavior patterns around a full moon, simply because she believed that the moon would affect her thus. Her belief made it a reality, somewhat like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The truth of the matter is, barring mental illness, we are responsible for our own behavior and the consequences such behavior creates. Leave the poor moon out of it :)

People don't have any influence on the moon.
But I think the question was meant to ask what influence the moon has on people. In history, stuperstitions and uninformed beliefs lead people to believe many things about the appearance of the moon. When someone calls a person 'looney', they're using a slang word that was derived from the word lunar, which I don't know the full etymology of, but it has to do with all things 'moony'. Now through science we understand that the only thing the moon has a proven effect on are tidal forces here on earth, and not the people.

I know you are going to have a lot of people say that there is no influence, but if you ask anyone who works in an environment with the mentally ill, developmentally delayed or psychogenic disorders, they will tell you there are definitely changes. My son gets more aggressive around the full moon. Before getting his epileptic seizures under control, they would always occur around the full moon.

I'm no Doctor or anything but from what i heard just as the moon controls the tides of the oceans it also controls the fluids in your body in a similar manner. This includes your Nero-chemistry which could potently affect a persons temperament.

None. The moon doesn't care how we feel at all. It doesn't have behaviors or feelings. Nor can we influence the degree to which it is full, nor its brightness, nor any other characteristic. It simply reflects the sunlight that falls on it.

People have NO influence on the moon. And the moon has no influence on people. There are airy fairy types who tell you that the moon influences the ocean tides and therefore must affect the water inside humans but I think thats all hokum pokum..............
