I am about 5"6 in height and weight 65 kilos, firstlyI think that is normal weight for my height but I want to look a bit less, does anyone have advice on what to do to lose wight quickly, I normally do a 20 min walk/run at night before dinner eat salads for lunch and normal meals for dinner but since I have gone back on the pill about a week ago I seem to put on a little or stay the same and not lose weight, can anyone help me with advice PLEASE?
