Once you've developed enough wealth that you don't have to work, then what? I've always felt that it is important to dedicate that spare time to some social cause-- feeding the hungry, providing schooling to those without, creating jobs, etc.

What cause is important enough to you that you would dedicate your life's work to it if you never had to worry about money again? What makes it so important to you?

I would donate books and teach reading at schools and other organizations. I have always felt that reading was very important thing to learn and like. If you know how to read you can pretty much learn what ever you want in life.

Speaking as someone who was wealthy enough to quit working a few years ago. I really don't give a rat's a** about the rest of you people. Nobody ever helped me. I owe society nothing. I do whatever I want to do. Poor people always say what noble things they would do if only they had the money. That's a bunch of bull. Kindness and compassion cost nothing. Try spreading a little of that around.
