Based on the quality of the petition and whether a warm hug may be given, I might consider calling my sister Queen and asking.

Sadly, he would have to marry the queen to become the consort and that would be a problem for him. I don't think they would let him, as the Queen is already married, and parliment would probably demand her abdication for polyandry if she did, even in these days of lower moral standards. She is about 50 years older than he. That would create a scandal as well. While the red puppet is adorable, he seems to be, well, a bit dense for the Queen's taste anyway. 20 years on, and he is still learning his basic shapes and letters. Her Majesty would probably choose Grover for his heroism and wisdom or King Friday XIII for his royal pedigree before she would look to the little red puppet.
