equipment i have m-audio fast trackpro,pro tools m-powered 7,mpc1000,fostex mr8 hd,and a korg midi studio controller k25 but can't figure out how to hook everything up what should i do

Most of the time my feet are as cold as ice cubes.

At night when I go to bed, they are usually freezing cold. But for the past little while I have been waking up in the middle of the night and it feels like someone has put hot coals underneath my feet and they feel like they are literally on fire. Last night it was so bad it woke me up four different times.

Has anyone had this happen before ? I have a family history of heart disease and I'm wondering if this is due to poor circulation or if it could possibly be some type of nerve problem.

Anyone had this or know what this sound like ??

I'm going to schedule a dr.'s appt, but I was just curious what this could be.

I dont know which section this should be in, but, i just wanted to ask, is it just me or does this seem wrong? I have been playing some stupid game on the computer, "soda pipes", and my scores were high enough so that my gf's son (14)couldnt get his name on the top ten. His solution, which she did later, was to reset the scores so he could get on it. What on earth does that teach a kid? When i was a kid I wouldnt even want to be patronized that way, now they think it is their rights. I dont know if he learned it from her, or in school, but it seems like a really poor way to get thru life, and i see it all the time in the lack of pride and ambition people have.

I'm going to Vegas with my wife around the 4th of July. I've stayed at the MGM Grand several times before. I'm looking to stay at a nice hotel. Would like to keep it no more than $130 per night. I'm trying to pick a laptop. I DO NOT WANT A MAC DON"T EVEN BRING IT UP haha. But I just want something not too complicated and preferably under $1000. Right now I'm kind of between Dell, Toshiba, and HP. It seems like everyone has their good and bad stories about these companies and I just wanted some opinions on your personal experiences with either the service or the computer itself. I've heard HP is getting better, Dell has the best customer service, and Toshiba is probably the best of the three overall. Any info would be really helpful-I wouldn't need the notebook for anything other than school stuff, music, and maybe some pictures.

are happy with just spending time together anymore? I wanted to take a date for a romantic drive in the country and she was offended I didn't spend enough money on the date.Why do they say they like wildflowers and long drives but really want roses and an expensive restaurant? When I was a kid, I was considered a "nerd" and "the ugly girl" at my school. It didn't help matters much that I was born with a "lazy eye" and that I didn't know how to fix my hair properly or put on the best makeup.However, when I was 22, I was finally able to get my lazy eye surgically corrected, so that was one problem that was solved. Since then, I've learned how to dress well, apply makeup properly, and wear the right haircut. However, I STILL feel like the nerd and the ugly girl!I've been told by a few people that I'm attractive, though I still occasionally have heard a few people comment negatively on my appearance. Also, I don't exactly have guys beating down my door.Above all else, though, I want to stop feeling so damned self-conscious! I sometimes find myself staring in the mirror to see if I look ugly or not. (Some days I think I do, and others I don't.) How can I stop worrying about my looks and just relax?

My mom does not like my dogs INSIDE the house...they shiver in the night...and I've told her they can get sick and u have to pay for medicine...and I have tried everything...but she doesn't care...I try to take care of them by asking my mom if i can go 2 the park with them...and she says NO...or take care of urself!!! I can't even take care of my own dogs and she yells at me for NOT taking care of them!!! wtf...that is weird...right now i need to try to get her to let them stay in the house...THE ARE CHIHUAHUAS...i can't have them sleep outside!!!...
