because the need to be loved in the same way by them is the reason why we loved them in the first place. when you find out that you have chosen the wrong one to love, you get mad at yourself and can't let go of that mistake.

Well,As a seasoned pro here of loving without getting love in return...
I always loved someone becasue they made me feel amazing anytime I was around them.And She always knew what to say and we had a connection of "sorts"(What i mean by sorts is that we Connected on a superficial level,not like LOVE).
When She ddin't love me back i fell into depression.Why couldn't she love me?Why DOESN'T she love me?
She invested all this time in me and Now she's glad to just throw it all away?
The bottom line is,You think through it logically and you realise she MUST be in love with you...she just doesn't realsie it yet.Unfortunately for you,you're the one who's fooling yourself.Live and Learn mon ami,Live and Learn.

I guess in some weird way we think and hope that the people we love would love us back equally and even more it's like Madonna sings in "You Must Love Me"...it's sad cause we really can't force people to love us.

I think when we love someone we want them to love us back and when they dont the pain is unbelieveable and we search for reasons why, and wonder what we could of done to make it all different. We think about it constantly and analysize every detail, but they could not of loved us as much as we loved them, but unfortunately that is a time thing. x x x

I think that's how we are.It is so hurting I know but sometimes we have to remind ourselves that people can be so selfish and we have to always put ourselves in someone elses shoes.
