We have been seperated since 2003. He has now been arrested with buying cocain from undercovers.

He has been before the grand jury and he must now put in a plea.

Now that it is on record that he uses dope does this now mean he can NOT have unsupervised visits with our children?

Also if he goes to jail or prison does this mean I can get a Free or Cheap Divorce?

And if we do divorce will this now allow me to have FULL CUSTODY without a Battle?

We reside in Ohio.

Please help as much as you can... ONLY serious Answers, please!

As you can tell from the name of the question, i have a bump on my lip

its on my top lip on the right, and it isnt white or red or anything, it just extends from the skin a little bit, it seems to get smaller with cold water, and bigger with hot water, but it never dissapears, any way to get rid of it

Christians most of you follow the popes word. Like he is infallable, I read it some were dont remeber any ways. Pope John Paul the second consideredt accepting theory of evolution. Lets say one day a new guy becomes pope and declares theory of evolution is right and church sticks by it. Would you choose to believe in it to? why and why not?

Ok my friend gave me an 10 gallon aquarium because he was *bored* with it and other than overtocking how does it sound? It's REALLY healthy, it has 12 fish(LOL) and it has an aquatech 10-20 powerfilter and a preset @ 79 degree heater, a "floating" thermometer, LIVE Plants such as java moss, water wister, sprite, dragons toung, amazon sword,purple plant CRYPT?, LOTS of hiding places.... blue, pink, green and black gravel. THE FISH ARE SOOOO HAPPY!!!oh yea and an aquarium background. The fish are a crowntail betta, 2 fancy guppies, 2 SAEs (im moving them SOON!), 2 neon tetras(1 died*:(*), 2 normal white skirt tetras, 1 "Hi-Fin" tetra, 2 "normal" black skirt tetras. SO what do ya think?
