Simply put:

It is impossible for you to get fat eating fruit.
The calories in food are actually used by your body in beneficial ways, not just stored like the empty calories in processed food.

a lot of it eaten at once is not a good idea =yes some fruits have more calories then others

No. They have a very high water content meaning that they don't hold as many calories as denser food. They are, however, high in sugars.

no but you need to eat it in moderation as in anything else. 1 cup of strawberry halves is a serving size. you need to combine 2 to 3 servings a day but you need 2 to 3 servings of veg a day. if trying to control weight don't eat fruit during last third of day because they are high in carbs.

fruit do have a lot of calories but they all come mostly from carbs - fructose and dietary fiber which are good for you and they also have a lot of vitamins
