She is a trooper. But I feel so sorry for her. She flinches when I touch the swelling and I have given her butte for the pain. I wondered if cold packs or heat would make it feel better for her?
She is eating ok. She was given to me and I just want her to live her life out in peace.

Hi, i bought a 15 pin male to male vga cable the other day so i could watch online tv through my lcd tv trouble is i dont know how it is done because i have tries just plugging it in and also tried rebooting after each time i changed the pixels but my tv just says mode not supported i initially thought vga was just for analogue tv (mine is digital) and that i would need s-video but somebody said this is not the case. I have also consulted the manual and the the samsung website but get no joy from that.

my tv is a Samsung LE23R7 (according to the cover of the manual)

The Average worldwide temperature has risen over the last 50 years.

The average temperature has remained the same over the last 100 Years.

The average temperature has dropped over the last 20 years.

I can choose a block of 100 years out of the laf few thousand and move it forward and backwards a few years and change the average temp up or down.

How can it be said the Earth is getting warmer with such inconclusive data?

A lot of Republicans don't like Bush, which does not bother me too much. The country is still mostly Republican. It is laughable when Democrats make such pathetic attempts to make fun of Republicans. Republicans are typically more rich, more powerful, and more militant, so they are hard to make fun of them. If you go down South and make fun of Republicans, you might be killed or beaten up. If you make fun of Democrats, they will do nothing back. Democrats are typically more poor, more unhappy, more unpowerful, and afraid of using force against enemies, which is bad.

As Catholics, we're used to seeing misinformation about our faith popping up here regularly, but I find it disconcerting to see how many believe Catholics a) don't read the Bible, or b) aren't allowed/encouraged to read the Bible. It seems to be second only to the "Mary issue" in terms of frequency.

When I answer such questions, in addition to clearing up the fallacy I usually also point out that many parishes have begun to schedule regular Bible study groups, because that's the case in my local parishes and some I know of elsewhere. Just out of curiosity, how widespread is this -- particularly in the US, where the fact that we aren't seen walking into church on Sundays carrying Bibles seems to be the only evidence some have to back up their assertion?
