You have to coordinate with the recruiter and probation officer.They must agree to close out probation for you to join.These other people have no clue,they are in such a need for people right now they are willing to waive people with non-violent felonies even.You're so close to being off probation anyway so just wait for it to close out on it's own.

You should feel right at home,there is a higher percentage of druggies in the military than there is in the general population.
