I have a 2003 250Z on which I still owe 14K. I want to sell this car to a private party, but don't yet have the title in hand (or 14K cash to get the title). How can I sell him this car without a big hassle?

In case you don't know, a lesbian is suing eHarmony because it excludes people looking for a same-sex connection.

Do you think this is a good idea? Personally, I think the marketplace could take care of that. The founder of eHarmony is a very conservative Christian. Why force him to do something he can't understand and doesn't approve of, when instead LGBT businesspeople and couples therapists could create a same-sex version and make money off of it?

It's really strange to me and I think it's pretty annoying. I meet someone, they're very impressed with me, and think I'm awesome. Then they find out I don't go to school and all of a sudden I'm deprived?

You didn't know I was homeschooled until I told you...doesn't that negate your point?

Please no judement...no children involved... I made a mistake. I fell in love with my boss and he has fallen in love with me. I left my husband shortly after I confessed my feelings to my boss. I have been having an affair with him for 8 months, with a 2month break in between. He told his wife he wanted a divorce lats night...but he let her guilt him into no getting it done. He feels terrible for leaving her because she is from another country who believes women are used goods once divorce. I am so messed up in the head over this, but quitting my job would be a huge career mistake. Need help. He promised me last night that he will leave her, but he will not give me a time and date, he says I am his dreamgirl and this is a crisis he has never experienced, so he is having a hard time coming to terms that this is our situation. Need helpful advice...please nothing hurtful, I dont think I can handle anymore.

I had really sharp pains in my stomach, nausea, fatigue, lower back pain, dizzyness, headaches frequent peeing. I am constantly hungery, When I burp it comes up vomit, & my boobs were so sore that I couldn't even touch them. I had my period but it wasn't normal. The 1st day it was just spotting & some excess blood, the 2nd day was almost normal but not quite, the 3rd day was just like the 1st. The 4th & 5th day were so light I didn't need a pad. My boobs were really sore than to but I figured that was cause of my period. But now I am no longer on my period & I still have some signs others have gone away. I still have lower back pain, frequent peeing, I get cramps, & dizzyness. I still have the constant hungerness & when I burp I vomit instead. My boobs arent as sore anymore but once in awhile they tingle or my nipples hurt. sometimes these signs go away but return. I took a pregnancy test the 3rd day into my period & it came back negative. I havent taken 1 again. Could I be pregnant?

Ok so there is this girl casey and we have been BFF's for 3 yeras but this year we got sepparted in class and she's whith this group of really mean girls and whenever i say Hi during break she murmers hi and walks on not even looking back so then i get home and she calls me and is all like oh let's have a sleepover tonight. I am so hurt because at school she treats me like dog **** but she is nice to me when i she is away from the crowd at home. Any d=suggestions? oh and this year we were going to do the talent show but at the last minute she said no, because she was scared but i really wanted to be in the talentshow. but i didn't say anything as it turns out she was in the talent show with her other friends, she said it was no big deal

It's coming from my tower and it sounds like its uploading something (when I haven't even put anything in the hard drive or anything) and sometimes it gets really loud, like a fibration noise. It mostly does it when I kinda bang on my desk or set something hard down on my computer desk on accident. But just 10 minutes ago, it appered out of no where and the loudest and longest its ever been. And it also does it when I restart my computer but usually goes away.
It started doing this about 3 months ago...

What is wrong and what should I do?

I known there is alot of chemicals in the trash etc. we take there, but can that damage the soil above the trash. We could plant crops there such as corn but we don't know if it can be used for human consumtion or animals. While using the corn for food we could also use it to make ethonal or other biofuels. If we could do this the gas price would come down and we would find a good use for all that wasted land in our country.
