Absolutely normal. The average height for women is around 5'3"-5'4". I had my growth spurt when I was 10-11, and I was 5'6" in 6th grade. I also had a friend who was 6'0" at age 10, and she's completely normal. It all depends on your genes and when you have your growth spurt.

I think that is taller than average. When I was that age, I was around 5' even, and now I am 5'6. You will probably grow a few more inches in the next few years. You will be tall, but not abnormally tall.
