I have heard that some breeders are pretty strict about having a huge back yard, not living in an apartment/condo, etc. I live in a decent sized townhouse with an enclosed, but very small back patio area. I have a huge front yard, live a block from a huge park, and live right next to the town trail. There is no shortage of open space to let the dog exercise and play.

I am 14 year olds, 5' 4" and 165 lbs. I bench 120 for 5 sets of 10 reps, have some big calf muscles even though i never did any running but i walked at least 2 miles 5 days a week for some time a while back ago. and i ocasionally train my biceps and lats. And i do eat healthy

I gave birth 6 months ago, and at delivery I weighted180 and I'm 5"8. Now I'm 155 and haven't lost a pound the last 3 months or so! I cannot go on a strick diet or try weight loss pills or shakes because I am breastfeeding.I would like to get back to 135 or 140 to be happy, but exercise and eat good is just discouraging me. Any helpful tips or special exercises would be gratefully accepted!

Rather than repeating the same things all the time, why dont we all channel this anger and do something? We are either angry at the Mckanns or at the animal who took Madeline, but I think most people are angry! Why not campaign to sort the paedophiles out, harsher penalties would be a start.

What can we do to make a change, imagine it was your child what would you want done if they caught the creep? The coverage on this has been huge, but if it were your daughter you would want the same attention. God forbid the next child might be one of ours and quite frankly I am sick of all this human rights bull', these animals need to be put down!! and they need to be scared enough of the consequences to act.

I don't know why but I've been hearing voices in my head for the last 2 months or so. Actually, there seems to be more than one voice...4 to be more accurate.

2 of them are a man's voice and 1 of them is a woman's....the other one i can't figure out but it has horrible english...i think it might be an illegal immigrant? I just ignore him...i can't understand anything he says anyways.

Sometimes they tell me to do stuff. One time the woman told me to cut myself...but i thought that was a retarded idea so i told her to go f**k herself.

These voices don't always tell me to do bad things tho. One time, one of them told me to eat a chicken burrito. I did. And it was great.

Whenever i talk back to these voices, people around would think im crazy. That's why i always hold a cellphone to my ears whenever i do it now.

Sometimes i think these voices are just my own mind and subconscious but sometimes they come up with such unthinkable ideas that i would never even think up of.
