Believe it or not, Clover Valley marinade from the Dollar General Store!! It has the same type flavor as Dale's, but nowhere near as strong or salty.....It's perfect on pork loin!!

I really like Pineapple or Apple with mine.
Marinade for a while in the juice of the pineapple and place on several rings and put under the grill for about 7 minutes per side.

Garlic, Black Pepper, Onion Powder a little low sodium soy sauce and olive oil.

My fiance makes them with lemon pepper (and God knows what else since his grilling is a culinary secret)!

If you're roasting them instead of grilling or broiling, you might want to do a traditional flavor like sage (which goes ncely with stuffing).

Good Luck & Good Eating!

My favorite is dijon, mixed with rosemary, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and a little olive oil just enough to loosen it up a bit.

I AM A NATUAL MARINADER! USE 1 BOTTLE LITE SOY SAUCE, 1 HALF CUP BROWN SUGAR, 1 FORTH CUP MOLASSES, 8 CLOVES OF GARLIC, 1 HALF CUP OLIVE OIL. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A MEDIUM POT AND BRING TO A BOIL. POUR OVER MEAT IN MORNING SO IT HAS TIME TO MARRINATE. OR DO IT OVER NIGHT FOR MORE FLAVOR.

Mustard. Or you can try this recipe I found.

1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

You can double it if you need more, or whatever. It's really good.
