I am 14 year olds, 5' 4" and 165 lbs. I bench 120 for 5 sets of 10 reps, have some big calf muscles even though i never did any running but i walked at least 2 miles 5 days a week for some time a while back ago. and i ocasionally train my biceps and lats. And i do eat healthy

Perhaps 15 or 20 pounds, or perhaps none at all. Do the tummy pinch test to see. The response about cleansing is phony baloney.

Cleansing is the best way to lose weight in my book, and you are not putting a bunch of harmful chemicals in you. It actually gets rid of all that

You should calculate your BMI (body mass index)
its very easy. search it on google [ calculate body mass index ]
it will tell you what you should be at and how you need to change it.

if u look in the mirror and see thatur all muscle then ur fine. :)

maybe none at all. your weight could come from muscle.
