Hi I sell on ebay and sometimes it gets crazy. Anyhow, I have created thru paypal about 10 shipping labels I never used and if I used track and confirm it shows that. I should be able to get a refund from paypal or USPS ? anyone done this

A friend called me worried about some things that she's being threatened with:

1. Her dad died a couple years ago, and he took out a loan for her car. The loan only had his name on it, and the only place that her name was on there was under purpose of the loan. After he died the loan was her step mom's responsibility. Now her step mom is threatening to sue. Does she have a case? (Her relatives gave her step mom money to give to her, but her step mom kept it, which is why she woll not pay her back)

2. She has two daughters and they are threatening to take them away from her. She lives paycheck to paycheck and that's not a crime. Her kids are fed, clothed and have a roof over their head. There's no abuse mentally or physically. They say they have "Grandparents rights." I am pretty sure that's a crock, but I just thought I'd ask. There's no way her kids could be taken as long as they are being cared for? And there's no way they could get visitation under "Grandparents rights" correct?

While remodeling, one electrical outlet did not get moved as planned and is now behind the range about four inches in from the left. You can see about the top inch of the outlet over the top of the range. Obviously, this looks stupid and it is not useable in its current position. I don't particularly want to start opening up the drywall and mudding again (I'm SO done with that). I'm also not opposed to calling an electrician to do the work instead of trying to convince hubby to do it (at this point, he is also tired of the remodeling and just wants to tile the backsplash right over the top of the outlet hole -- but I could really use that outlet in the counter area). How difficult is it to relocate an outlet about a foot (there would be a stud between the two locations). Also, can it be done without taking out a big hunk of drywall?

Well, I have no idea how to grow my sphere of influence. About 2 years ago I got my real estate license, I sent out messages and announcements that I was in real estate and still 2 years later I have to get a call from someone in my sphere of influence. I would really like to have a referral only business because it brings the most reliable people to you. I have heard all the typical answers to this like "keep sending them newsletters and stuff...", "go talk to them...", and whatever the typical answers and since I already know and use these methods that are not working for me please don't give me the same answers, what I want to know is if someone did something inconventional that helped drive referrals to you. Thanks!!

Apologetics is essentially the study of Christian theology as it

i have been in a relationship for 3 years now. we have had some very rough times. it all started with him lying to me inorder for me to do some thing that benefited him. I was upset when i found out and as a result, made his life at work and home difficult. that is i threatened to tell our boss about our relationship since he was senior to me and we worked together. We decided to continue giving our relationship a chance but it is very hard as he has trust issues with me and i have with him. Do you think it is possible to move pass this?

I've created a document using google documents. When I use the e-mail option and it sends as a word document the formatting is all messed up when I open it thru the e-mail. I've also tried as a pdf and the same thing happens. How do I send the document the way it's viewed thru google? Help please
