Well all know about vegetables, but I buy the sugar free Jell-o and pudding. The jello has only 10 calories and the pudding has only 60. The 100 calorie snacks are good, but buy only the ones with the lowest amount of fat. Reduced fat Cheez-its are good too. They only have 5% of your daily saturated fat, compared to 10% with the regular ones. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches have 140 calories.

just try to get yourself on a routine because it is so easy to forget eating and then when you do eat to grab what is convenient so try to every time you nurse get a bottle of water and a healthy snack like a yogurt or a cheese stick or baby carrots or a piece of fruit. good luck and congratulations.

go for natural foods, not the fad diet foods like weight watchers and atkins stuff. here's some of my favorites.

granola
luna bars
apples
bananas
peanut butter
carrot sticks
hummus
red pepper strips
blueberries
strawberries
yogurt cups
grapes
cherry tomatoes
cottage cheese

Fruits and veggies, whole grain pastas and breads, low calorie granola bars, and 100 calorie packs. Progresso also makes some REALLY good low calorie soups, which also have reduced sodium.
