Dissolution done by state?

what if your state has a law where they can dissolute your marriage with out going to court. If you haven't been with your spouse for 5 years. You become a strange from one another and don't knowif the ither one is living. what would you do?

and you want to get remarried. how do you prove you are astranged?

Its all a he say she say thing. Fil out the paper work saying that. You sign it. They send paper work to him. If he signs it then that shows that you are not lieing in which they grant you the divorce. AS long as both of you agree to what the paperwork says then their will be no need for court.
