I know running is the best cardio exercise to help lose fat, however it makes my calves a lot larger. And genetically my calves are big because my whole family all have short thick calves. And I know running is just going to make my problem worst! So what can I do? Any exercises or suggestions?

I am a web designer and spend all my time writing in ASP.NET, this I swear is the best web development language I have come across. Pity the platform it runs on is so god-damned awful (a PC).

Recently I have been looking at an Apple Mac and can use all the software I am used to using (Photoshop, Flash, Firefox, Thunderbird etc.,) although the only sticking point is the web development platform.

Can anyone tell me what the Mac equivalent is (if any) of using Microsoft SQL Server with ASP.NET (I'm currently using SQL Server 2005 Express and ASP.NET 2.0 with AJAX extensions).

I've been waitressing for many years, since high school and currently college. I know what makes customers happy, welcome&returning. Given good/excellent full service, it is COURTEOUS to tip your waitress. I'm not saying give me handouts; there are hard-workers busting in other professions. We all start somewhere. Don't say "ur not giving good service like u think" b/c I have many customers requesting that I specifically wait on them (we do not have our own tables btw). Not only on this basis, I do take a step back and make sure everyone is happy & things in order.
I "remember" this certain lady dines in every other week & every time, never leaves a tip. Yesterday, she comes again & I add in a 15% service charge to her bill *authorized by manager too. She works for Coca Cola, I'm sure their employees make descent income. I explain nicely, calmly why I did so. She refused to pay b/c its not require by law (yeah, I know). Do u think its ok to charge tip on a repeated cheap-hole?

I have started taking daily vitimins and iron a while ago
and i am still completely tired
i go to bed at 9 or 9:30, and whatever time i wake up the next day i'm still really tired.
My GCSE's are starting to suffer because of this.
Around my vagina area is starting to hurt (maybe thats my period coming)
Underneath my chest area it throbbs/aches
and yeah i don't know whats wrong with me
anyone have any ideas?
my mum thinks it could be celiac,diabetes or thyroid

Too many cooks are wasting lots of time in Parliament. The Supreme Court says hang him. But unfortunately the person is not hanged. The case kept pending for a long time, year(s). Why should India have so many parties? Why should we have so many ministers/MLA's/MPS. Too many cooks gets too many plates full of food to eat. Can they eat everyday in 10 or 15 plates of food. Too many plates takes too much of place.
