Well, different women have different standards. It is all depends on what kind of woman you are dating:

1. Some women look for money and you better shows to them that you have the money and you are generous

2. Some women seek for smart guy, and you better show your sense of humor and you have your in-depth opinion on a lot of topics. I am this kind. ;)

3. Some women look for marriage, so you better show you want the same thing.

4. Some women look for honesty, and when you date this kind of women, please don't do sweet talking, because they wouldn't buy it.

5. Some women look for sex, and I am sure most of the guys want exactly the same thing. What you need to do is making sure you look sexy....

Someone that listens, doesn't cut them off, and doesn't dominate the conversation. I like personality, confidence, and looks help too. Someone who can make me laugh will get bonus points. Also keep your dental health and b.o. in check. Girls don't like smelly, dirty guys. Look well groomed, not like you just woke up. Some one who's open and can hold a conversation, but not overly emotional. Pay attention to her like she's the only other person in the room. Talk about your common interests,but leave past relationship traumas/dramas where they belong, in the past! Having a job helps!!! Nobody wants a bum who will *only* sit at their house playing Nintendo. I think that's pretty basic.

I look for respect, not rushing into relationships like making out and pressuring to have sex, honesty is the key..and no drinking- not even an occasional drinker.. I mean not an ounce of alcohol, no drugs, and no smoking. Not getting mad over little things, not being domineering, and being nice.. and clean. The one who'd get to meet their families and to have lots of fun

i look for how he treats not only me but other people, (waiter/waitress, friends, family, etc.) if he is sweet and courteous with a good sense of humor, i can usually be persuaded into a second date. and to all the guys coming on and assuming that women look at money and cars, not all women are that way. maybe it is just the women you surround yourselves with.
